Pay Rate and Working Hours:

* 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK: Monday - Friday


This role is responsible for the order management, order validation and manual order taking of all orders being delivered to the Global Export Companies customers. You will work together with local country team functions across Sales, Supply chain and Finance to ensure orders are processed, queries resolved and orders are completed and delivered in line with GEC processes and controls.

* Manual order entry (email input into SAP) according to latest customer/country requirements, based on GEC processes and controls framework.
* Expected to process high volume of manual orders and customs documents.
* Resolve customer order modifications and cancelations.
* Drive Master Data synchronisation initiatives.
* Non-Standard order entry including credit notes or other order relevant transactions.
* Work closely with local countries in resolving ad-hoc distributor order issues and escalating where necessary.
* Producing relevant customs invoices, pro forma invoices and other ad hoc documents as required by markets to ensure smooth customs transactions.
* Identifying and escalating order issues requiring customer input to local countries.


* Bachelor's degree in Sciences or business training preferable but not essential (preferably Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain).
* At least 1 year business experience preferably in Customer Service or adjacent.
* Previous SAP experience in order processing and validation.
* Must be very numerate and able to prioritise high volumes in short timescales accurately.
* Able to coordinate with cross functional departments.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Action orientated to deliver results under time pressure.
* Comfortable handling large amounts of data.
* Service oriented attitude.
* Able to adapt to changes quickly.
* Fluent in English language and one other European language preferable.
