Organisational Change Manager (OCM) - Global Change Strategy (SAP)

I am therefore looking for an experienced OCM consultant with in-depth experience of business change on a global scale. this must include SAP transformation and deployment

You will be required to develop the overall change strategy and training implementation strategy across the region. You must therefore be aware of how this impacts on the global end user and the various international stakeholders.

Ideally you will have worked for one of the Big 4 consultancies but this is not essential. You will need an ability to hit the ground running on a global project and quickly develop a robust change strategy.

Knowledge of SAP is also preferred and you MUST have over 6 years experience of creating change strategy, stakeholder management, impact analysis and role mapping. You will have developed a change strategy for a global application roll out.

What my client does not want is a Project Manager with some change experience. This is a global change specialist role and your experience will reflect this.
