Customer Service Administrator
Contract length: 6 Months
Day rate: £9.09 per hour
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To provide full administrative support to the C&I workflow team. Primary tasks revolve around the arranging of appointments between our engineers and businesses to agree exchanges of electricity meters on various types of the site across the UK. Follow up “pre-calls” will also be required to ensure customers are fully aware of previously agreed appointments.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / TASKSContacting business customers to book appointments for electricity meter exchangesTo be responsible for the day to day activity associated with the workflow processes, to build and maintain a relationship with other teams within Operational ServicesTo interact with internal and external customers on a daily basis and to resolve any associated queries within the specified timescales.To work closely with our customer to ensure requirements are met and all metering communication methods are in place within agreed SLA's.To ensure that the data entered into any of the Systems is of a high quality and is accurate.Ability to adapt to change and identify areas for Process Improvement.To understand and to work within the framework of the company values.Organise and prioritise own workload.
