HR Administrator needed! HR Administrator needed for a leading electrical manufacturing company based in Poole. You will have excellent administration skills and have the opportunity to work across various verticals in HR.
You will be responsible for:Performing and executing a defined range of administrative tasks related to daily and operational HR activitiesPerforms the day-to-day administration and communication of HR related tasks.Manages the personnel files of the workforce.Advices employees in basic HR administration tasks.May support basic payroll activities, manage time accounts, run routine reports, Administrate recruiting measures, communicate with candidates, and / or administrates training programs (content, application lists).Supports the HR Consultants in administrative tasks.
Experience RequiredExcellent administration skillsExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Work Packages such as Office and ExcelInterest in HR and a positive can-do attitude
