Operations Support Administrator
6 month contract
Pay rate: £15 per hour
Reporting to the Head of Operations Support, the role is to support the business processes associated with managing the global field service network.
The role will support the processes associated with allocation and execution of personnel, the accurate and timely collection of all cost elements and the processing and distribution of invoices for both internal and external customers.
What are the main responsibilities?Management of all timesheets for Field Service Engineers ensuring that all documents are received and processed as per business requirements.Quoting, WIP service order management and invoicing to ensure accurate departmental cost recovery.Provide support with logistical arrangements including, but not limited to flights, hotels, hire cars, and visa’s for overseas deployment.Provide regular reports to departmental management on financial status of departmental cost recovery. Communicate financial reporting metrics to the departmental team leader. Raise purchase requisitions and invoices for appropriate activities within the department. Various ad-hoc administration duties.Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
Key skills / Experience required:Previous administrative experienceexcellent attention to detailstrong financial acumenthe ability to quickly adapt to changes in prioritySAP experience is beneficial but not necessary.
