Randstad Inhouse Services deliver tailored end-to-end onsite recruitment solutions working in partnership with our clients from 100+ on-site locations throughout the UK. 

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Payroll Team Leader, leading a team of 8 payroll administrators, and looking after our accounts payroll queries, dealing with Site related payroll queries across all locations under the accounts.

This role will require you to become an integral part of the team and will need to fully embed yourself by understanding the environment, and culture, as well as provide good team leadership skills, organisation, and time management. Prior knowledge of payroll and customer service will be key in performing this role.

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Experience with Randstad systems including Feris, Freshdesk, RingCentral & Access
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills to investigate errors/queries
• Process driven
• Excellent customer service skills both written and oral 
• Proven ability to deal with difficult conversations
• Proactive approach to process improvement
• Be able to use Google suite (or Microsoft equivalent) and be proficient in all aspects
