We are looking for talented sales people who can start immediately!

We are looking for you to achieve the ambitious objectives of our growing site in Liverpool, located in a modern office close to Moorfields Station near the Cavern Quarter.

Pay Rate and Hours:



* £9 PER HOUR
* 08:00AM - 17:00PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Working as part of the Outbound Salesforce for the campaign, undertaking proactive customer contact in all aspects of sales, campaign promotions and activities



* Handling all customer interaction in a personalised and professional manner
* Interact with the customer across all channels (inbound/outbound calls and emails)
* Providing a high-touch experience for customers each and every time
* Acting as a trusted advisor in answering questions and solving problems
* Advising customers on the best services available, using product knowledge to showcase the best solutions
* Up sell additional products as needs arises
* Building rapport with customers
* Providing a value add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brands and service reputation
* Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data
* Identify and highlight any service related issues, incidents or trends
* Highlighting and escalating issues as necessary
* Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets

Requirements:



* Experience of working in both a sales/ customer contact centre environment, providing excellence in service to the customer
* An affinity to Sales, performance and results driven sales person
* Commercial awareness
* Professional approach, experience with business customers
* A passion for delivering first class customer service
* Highly developed soft skills and a strong will to serve
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Good social and interpersonal skills, a team player
* Good listening skills
* Excellent problem solving skills; solution focused
* Quality focused with attention to detail
* A genuine interest in the campaign brand with experience and knowledge of Power Tools
* Empathetic, a warm, helpful and positive approach
* Proactive, confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed
* Ability to work well under pressure
* IT Savvy with good MS Office (Word and Excel) and keyboard skills
* The commitment to work towards individual sales targets and KPIs
* Willingness to travel to ad-hoc customer fairs and training events
