Working on a one to one basis, you will mentor and support your student with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, to access a practical and interactive curriculum. With your dedication and support you will help this student to make the best choices in life and support them through their educational journey.

Job responsibilities:
- Support a student on a one to one basis and ensure this student can participate in all activities through out the day
- Ensure the health and safety of the individual at all times
- Outreach - Collecting the student in the morning and drop home in the afternoon
- Ensure the student can engage in tasks and build character
- Report back to main teacher to what went well and even better if


Key Skills:
- Own means of transport, with own business insurance (essential)
- Experience with SEMH, Education or youth worker roles
- Flexible in work pattern
