On behalf of a highly successful construction company, we are keen to speak with experienced PA's/Office Managers who would be interested in joining their Head Office in Hertfordshire. The role requires the successful candidate to provide an effective PA service to the Area Director, and to ensure smooth running of the office through the effective management of the Receptionist. This is a brilliant opportunity for a PA/Office Manager to work with a great team of people.

The role will involve:



* Diary management - full control and maintenance of diary, making appointments and arrangements for all meetings with clients and colleagues
* Acting as an ambassador for the office at all times and carrying out all personal assistant duties in a discreet, diplomatic and efficient manner
* Organising travel and accommodation where necessary
* Compiling confidential board reports and internal documents
* Managing the the Team Diary, making sure key people are available for Tender and bid Strategy Meetings
* Liaise with IT about any requirement or issues
* Ensuring that all office administration is managed

The ideal Office Manager / PA will have experience working within the construction sector, however a professional and ethical attitude to work is just as important.

ESSENTIAL:



* Extremely organised and will have excellent attention to detail
* Experienced using Microsoft Office packages, to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Experience in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years experience
