Package Manager - Up to £300 a day - Surrey

An experienced Package Manager is required to oversee the fit out of a new build hotel in Surrey. The scheme is valued at approximately £30m & consists of a new build RC frame block with 150 rooms. The project is due to complete Summer 2019 and is currently coming out of the ground. The successful candidate will have experience of managing his own smaller projects (under £10m) or working as part of a team on larger jobs (£10m+). It is essential that the Package Manager has experience of all aspects of the fit out process from procurement through to handover.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Site Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
