Are you looking for part time work - 3 days / 15 hours per week? Are you confident speaking with clients and customers on the phone? Are you keen to work within a very busy team, supporting project managers with both client and admin tasks? If you answered yes to all of these questions, then this excellent opportunity could be the one for you!

Due to further expansion, growth and recently won contracts, I am recruiting for a permanent part-time projects assistant to join a lovely team and business in West Swindon.

You will work within the project management team - providing telephone and admin support across a wide variety. You will speak with clients on the phone daily, from follow up and chasing calls to speaking with recently instructed and new clients. This opportunity will suit someone who is looking to re-start a long term, part time career, where, with hard work and commitment will have a stable career and potentially more hours in the future.

You must be highly organised and reliable, able to build rapport with people on the phone, at all levels, and thrive on hard work and multi tasking. (All of the project managers within the business juggle between 16-40 projects each). This is a Tuesday - Thursday office based position, paying a salary of £17,000 - £21,000 - this is the full time equivalent - your salary will be pro rata to the 15 hours per week, you will work.

Responsibilities;
As a Project Assistant you will be;

*Client phone calls - speaking to active and lapsed clients to chase relevant project documentation and information
*Provide general office admin support to projects team - typing letters and quotes, scanning, filing, emailing
*Maintain CRM and other business systems
*Creating and maintaining client records
*Proof reading and quality check of submitted documentation

*Competitor analysis

*General office support and admin

Preferred Skills:
*Office based customer service and admin experience
*Commercially aware
*Full clean driver's license
*Ability to multi task
*Good organisational skills
*Strong IT skills
*Excellent written and verbal English
