About Our Client

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and friendly company, working hard to ensure that all visitors receive a warm and efficient welcome. This role is offered on a Temporary to Permanent basis, working 30 hours per week across 4 days between Monday and Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring that each and every visitor is met with a warm welcome and dealt with in a professional way. You will also be responsible for answering telephone calls, responding to emails and other general administrative tasks.


Preferred Skills:

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience as a Receptionist, well developed IT skills and fantastic Customer service skills.

Personal Attributes:

You will need to be open, friendly, willing to learn and work hard, and possess a strong sense of how important it is to provide a fantastic customer experience.

Associated Benefits:

You will receive weekly pay whilst in the temporary part of the contract, great working hours (you will need to be available to start work at 8am on the early shift and finish at 6.30pm on the later shift, you will also need to be available to work one full day from 8am-6.30pm one day per week), you will also have access to Randstad's Hapi app which gives you discounts on the high street as well as experience days.
