"Permanent Early Years Assistant - Support Children's Learning and Development"
We are recruiting a permanent Early Years Assistant to join a warm, caring and professional nursery team. This role is perfect for Level 2 and Level 3 practitioners who want to provide high-quality early education and build meaningful relationships with children and families.
Role Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning and delivery of learning opportunities aligned with the EYFS
- Building strong relationships with key children and their families
- Recording observations and contributing to assessments
- Assisting with personal care routines, hygiene and mealtimes
- Encouraging children's curiosity, confidence and social development
- Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards

Experience & Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 early years qualification
- Experience supporting children aged 0-5
