Do you have experience in the Construction industry?

Do you have the experience working as a personal assistant at board level?

We're actively recruiting a personal assistant for the MD of a large construction client based in Coventry.


* Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for the Managing Director by organising meetings, itinerary and other appropriate events
* Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks, building knowledge of key issues to effectively identify and communicate priorities
* Provide comprehensive diary management, having full autonomy to make decisions using initiative to resolve conflict and exercises judgement on priorities
* Pro-actively monitor meeting attendance, taking ownership to ensure enquiries and issues are appropriately delegated and resolved
* Provide all the relevant information required for meetings and events
* Collate and process expenses ensuring compliance with policy and approval process
* Maintain client and internal contact database and provide ad hoc project support
* Ordering of all office supplies and equipment
* Managing the regional monthly newsletter
* Managing the regional social and corporate events on behalf of the MD

Required Experience:

* High level minute taking, producing and managing actions
* Extensive experience working at board level
* Advanced in Microsoft, PowerPoint Excel and Word
* Interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills

Desired Experience:

* Experience within the Construction industry
* Supporting 5+ Senior Team members
* Managing events with internal and external providers
* Supporting on relevant software systems
