Personal Assistant - East London - 5 Month Contract

Personal Assistant required to join a leading rail contractor working on a large and high profile rail project, in their office based in East London

This is a 5 month position to start ASAP (up to 2 week notice will be considered)

Rate will depend on experience circ £12-15ph PAYE (15-20ph LTD)

As a personal assistant you will be providing a full range of secretarial support to the Project Director, Deputy Project Director and Delivery Director as needed. Support to the project team will be required on an occasional basis.

Main responsibilities will include:



* Write up correspondance, agendas, minute meetings, presentations etc on behalf of the senior management and distributed quickly and appropriately
* Diary management
* Manage travel - and book travel and accomodation
* Ensuring that Senior Management are always fully informed of matters and receive timely information
* Diary management - ensuring that the diaries of Directors are managed effectively with no double bookings
* Ensuring that resources allocated to the role are set up and monitored on regular basis
* Collecting expenses on a monthly basis
* Managing Organisation chart, telephone list and seating plan

It is essential that you have previous experience as a PA and providing individual support to a senior management level within the construction sector, ideally working for a main contractor
