Randstad’s Head Office based in Luton is launching its 2020 Placement Year Campaign is seeking hire within our Human Resources and Legal sectors.
The HR roles will have an emphasis on HR administration of the employee life cycle. Duties will range from production of contractual correspondence to employees, updating and maintaining our comprehensive HR system, conducting HR Review meetings and exit interviews. The second role within HR will have a focus of dealing with data analytics. Therefore, we are in need of someone that is data, excel spreadsheet, and tech savvy.
The Legal role will have an emphasis on legal administration tasks which include, providing support on debt recovery, personal injury claims, commercial contracts and employment tribunals.
Our HR and Legal team members will invite you to attend meetings with them so that you can have exposure to all levels in operations.
