My client is a leading construction and house build group in the UK, highlighted in the FTSE 250 UK businesses to work for. Their infrastructure department is looking for a experienced Planner based in Scunthorpe to join their team, specialising in water working on a new pumping station. Suitable candidates will be responsible for the preparation of contract programmes and monthly updates. The regular monitoring and reporting of project progress to senior management team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:



* Assist and prepare 4D planning - Linking 3D models to programmes including: Progress
* Assist in preparation for contract programme and update as required.
* Assist the Design Team in the production of Design Programmes and update as required.
* Assist the Commercial team in the production of procurement programmes
* Analysis of Labour Resource and Plant
* Assess and evaluate construction methods and techniques
* Advise on logistics and methods of working
* Produce short term programmes with site based construction team
* Attend progress meetings and produce reports
* Monitor supplier progress for off-site activities

Experience and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the below skills and experience:



* Be conversant and experienced in using Microsoft Project
* Able to produce and link programmes to 3D models (as part of 4D Planning)
* Obtained an Ordinary ONC/OND qualification
* CSCS card will be required
* Full driving licence required
