Currently I am recruiting for one of the most recognised residential developers in the market.

My client, a leading housing developer, is looking for a Planner to be based in the East London region.

This upcoming high-profile project would be a great opportunity to join a reputable company and take that next step forward in your career. My client is well known for delivering high-end residential schemes with outstanding quality and is a top tier developer.

The desired Plannner would need to ensure that the contact programme is produced,managed and maintained in accordance with the planning procedures. Furthermore, Liaising with the Client, subcontractors, suppliers and designers on all matters relating to planning.

Duties for this role include:



* Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly progress reports
* Attending and contributing towards site meetings

Requirements for this role include:



* Planning experience on high value construction projects
* An understanding of deciphering tender documents, contract documents and specifications
* Have a complete working knowledge of CP analysis and LOB
* Develop Contract programmes and monthly monitoring advising on key risks at all times
* Develop Design programmes for the Design Manager and monthly monitoring
