Planning Officer - £25 per hour* *London*
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Officer (Place Shaping) to join a Local Authority in London.
3 Months duration
The main purpose of the role is as followings;Provide high quality specialised planning services that meet the needs of Local Authoritie's' multi-cultural communities, including; managing planning proposals and applications, developing planning policy and delivering planning strategy and projectsUndertake all planning workPromote the work and services of the directorate through effective liaison with other internal and external services and bodies
Requirements:A post-graduate qualification in urban design, architecture or a related disciplineExperience of working in within a local authority design and conservation serviceComprehensive and detailed understanding of planning legislation and policy at national, London and local planning authority level
