Are you an experienced planner with at least 5 years post qualification experience? Our client is a Local authority based in South West London who are currently looking to appoint a DM Planning Team Leader. The initial contract is for 8 months with the possibility of further extensions.

The rate is negotiable dependant on experience but is estimated to be around £35-40 ph.

MAIN DUTIES

To manage and motivate a development control team, co-ordinate works programmes and allocate work tasks in order to process

o Planning applications

o Listed Building and Conservation Area Applications

o Planning Appeals

o Advertisement Applications

o Certificates of Lawfulness

REQUIREMENTS

Relevant degree

Experience of supervising staff

5 years post qualification experience
