Administrator

Are you an administrator with experience in the construction industry and looking for a permanent job in West London?

A subcontractor is currently recruiting for a plant administrator to join their team in West London on a permanent basis. The annual salary is £25,000 - £30,000, based on experience.

Construction experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:



* Book hotels and travel
* Deal with timesheets
* Set up hire contracts
* Organise staff
* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
* Arranging couriers
* Liaison with the council
* Updating Regional documents - phone, project lists, charts and schedules
* Office Archiving

The ideal candidate will have:



* CSCS card
* Excellent communication skills
* Plant / hire administration experience
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* An understanding of the Construction Industry would be a bonus
