job description

We are looking to recruit a couple of mobile plant fitters who will spend most of their time visiting sites on which he will be responsible for all the servicing, maintenance and breakdown repairs of all plant and vans on site under the direct control of the Workshop Foreman and Plant Manager.

The overall working area we cover is from Chesterfield to the North, Shrewsbury to the West, Grantham to the East and Worcester to the South and as such we have fitters based in and around these areas. In an effort to ensure no fitter is travelling excessively we aim to ensure no travel is further than an hour from their home address and similarly are located within an hour of our head office base in the West Midlands

We are currently looking to recruit suitably experienced and qualified plant fitters located in the Leicester Coventry area to cover the South Midlands area, together with a fitter located around the Derby area to potentially cover the North and East Midlands area.

Must have experience working on varied range of plant from 1.5 - 30 tonne dumpers as well as Escavators and small plant.

Please forward any CV's of suitable candidates as soon as you have them for our consideration.

Salary would range £28000 - £32000/annum, but be negotiable depending upon experience of the candidates, but realistically we would need a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
