Are you experienced with on/off hire of Plant? A sub contractor in West London is looking for someone to join their team.

As the Plant Manager you will be expected manage the existing plant and coordinate the daily use of this and the servicing it requires.

You must have previous experience in this role.

This is a permanent opportunity to join a leading UK Construction Company. The company is independently owned and been around for over 50 years!

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Plant Manager Role and Responsibilities:

* Manage a fleet of 40+ Plant
* Organise staff to fix any breakdowns on site as quickly and efficiently as possible
* Manage the technicians and set out their daily tasks
* Organise deliveries of plant
* Keep plant servicing up to date
* Order new parts when required
* Keep the yard running smoothly day to day

Plant Manager Candidate Requirements:

* Experience of Plant Management is essential
* Must be Computer literate with use of Excel and Syrinx
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Extremely organised
* Attention to detail
