PLUMBER / HEATING ENGINEER, up to £30,000 - SPEKE

This is a static role on a very large building complex.

This is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:00. On offer is a competitive salary and a benefits package.

The employing company is a leading energy and services company focused on three key activities: production and supply of energy, facilities management and regeneration.


Purpose of the Role:

Engineer to carry out reactive and planned maintenance, minor works and some installations on a large static building complex in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities:



* Response and planned maintenance as and when required.
* Carry out works to high quality standards as per client specification.
* Undertake any other duties deemed necessary by management to ensure the efficient running of the business.
* Minor works
* Some installation as and when required





What we are looking for:


* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
* Valid CSCS card.
* Working knowledge of current Health and Safety Legislation
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to demonstrate good teamwork values.
* Previous experience in similar role; installation, reactive and planned maintenance is essential
