Maintenance Plumber/Mechanical Engineer -London (Warren Street) - Temp to Perm or Permanent - Up to £36,000 / £16.00 per hour

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London (W1T). My client is currently looking for one key member of staff to complete the team. The successful candidates will be Plumbing / mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance ideally working within a blue chip / commercial office.

This is a temporary to permanent role or straight permanent that pays a competitive hourly rate up to £16.00 per hour or Up to £36,000. You will require an understanding of various critical plant in including; Pumps, Motors, Bearings, Plumbing, Boilers, BMS systems, HVAC, Chillers, AHU, FCU's, Water treatment, basic electrical knowledge and building fabric. Duties will include carrying out hands on planned and reactive maintenance within this multi-tenanted commercial building located near Warren Street or Goodge Street tube station

Hours of work

Monday to Friday



* Week 1 - 07:00am to 16:00pm
* Week 2 - 10:00am to 19:00pm

Requirements



* Mechanically / Plumbing qualified
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills
* Must be immediate or available to start at short notice
* Must have commercial building maintenance experience
