Mobile Maintenance Plumber - NW/Central London - Permanent - Up to £30,000 + Company Van

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. I am currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance plumber to work around Central London and North West London. Ideally the candidate would live around West/North London area

The successful candidate will be mechanically / plumbing biased with C&G/NVQ or equivalent and a proven track record in building maintenance working on the following plumbing and mechanical works:


* Washers
* Taps
* Unblocking Toilets
* Unblocking Stacks
* Installing New Sinks, Urinals, Toilets


* Pumps
* Motors
* Seals
* Bearings
* Waters Treatments
* BMS Systems
* Boilers - Re-sets
* Chillers - Re-sets & 1st Line Faults

He or she will carry out all planned and reactive maintenance on sites around central London & North West London, including dealing directly with the client and sub contractors. This role is a straight permanent position paying up to £30,000 including a company Van.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)
Overtime available


* Plumbing &/or mechanically qualified (NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent)

* Clean driving license (Essential)* A Proven track record in commercial building maintenance

* Immediately available


* Good Communication skills
