        Building Maintenance TechnicianWorking for one of the largest building services companies in the world at a prestigious address is the city of london.We are currently looking for a client facing and well presented maintenance technician. The ideal person will need to be someone amiable with good interpersonal skills. Ideally someone who has recently completed an apprenticeship/training as a plumber or electrician although we will consider people without formal training if they have experience of building services/maintenance.The position will consist of daily plant checks, a daily catch up to discuss live requirements with tenant FM team, reactive maintenance (lighting, small power, fabric, plumbing), PPM (emergency lighting, water treatment etc.), as well as some subcontractor monitoring and the management of the tenants spares stock.This is a good opportunity for progression, the natural step up would be to tenant supervisor although if the candidate was interested in moving into a more technical role, the shift team are very knowledgeable and can help develop those skills.Working hours will be 8hr days Mon-Fri, could be 07:00-16:00, 08:00-17:00 etc. we're flexible on this.Interested??
