        Role Responsibilities Act as the senior project manager and subject matter expert for the Operating Model workstream of the client's Wholesale Credit Risk program. This involves: Managing a diverse group of Risk and Front Office MD stakeholders including the EMEA CRO across a range of activities and forums Taking ownership of the delivery plan, providing experience-led review and challenge to milestones / tasks and structuring the deliverables Coordinating with other workstream PM leads, senior client program staff and other external providers to effectively manage workload and input to tight deadlines Oversee risks and issues identification, tracking and resolution Provide insight into Investment Bank credit risk processes, cross-functional hand-offs and operating model to accelerate solution development and meet best practice Experience / Essential Skills 15+ years experience working in Investment Bank credit risk management / measurement and associated transformation programmes Detailed knowledge of bank credit risk processes and operating models spanning credit decisioning, exposure measurement / management, limit monitoring, regulatory capital calculations, trade approval processes and the development and use of early warning indicators Ability to communicate effectively and work with senior Managing Directors in an SME capacityExperience leading significant workstreams on enterprise-wide credit risk transformation Randstad Business Support is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
