Pre Construction Manager
Role and Responsibilities
My client is a well established regional business. They have an immediate need for a pre construction manager to work from their Head Office. You will be responsible for managing all pre construction activities. You will manage the design, estimating and bid teams and report to the regional construction director. My client works on both competitive tenders and some framework arrangements so experiece of these would be ideal.
