Are you a coordinator who enjoys the preconstruction aspect of the job? Are you looking for the next step in your career to become a Pre Construction Manager? Are you experienced in your field to manage the preconstruction aspect of a problem?

One of my residential clients is looking for a Pre Construction Manager to work with the different teams to allow a swift delivery of their residential projects around London. The sizes of these residential projects vary from project to project. As a developer, their in house contracting team will be delivering these projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* To work collaboratively with all colleagues in the Bid, Design, Technical, Construction and Commercial teams, and all other relevant stakeholders
* To assist in securing new opportunities and to ensure a well communicated and fully understood, de-risked project with key opportunities recognised and is in place for timely handover of the project file to the Construction delivery team.
* Following a successful award of a bid, support the preconstruction work streams in regards to their private development, consented scheme on open tender, two stage bid process potentially requiring work within a pre contract services agreement with the vendor and negotiated joint venture opportunities
* Procurement of all information for the construction works during the Pre Construction phase (or PCSA programme) that may include diversion, disconnection, survey works, remediation of the site or demolition of the building on site
* Assisting in discharging all 3rd party consents and agreements necessary to allow safe construction works to commence


* Degree qualified with a minimum of 7-10 years relevant experience in the construction and property sector
* Experience working on residential led mixed use projects
* Knowledge of statutory service organisations within London and South East London
* Self motivated with ability to motivate and inspire others
* Team player with good leadership and meeting management skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
