Primary Teacher - Fujairah, UAE - August 2019

Curriculum: National Curriculum for England and Wales

Experience: 2 Years

Sponsorship: Single / Married teaching couples / Families

Contract: 2 years

School vision: This private non for profit school has an excellent reputation among the local Emirati's and expatriate families living just an hour from Dubai. Their objective is to provide a stimulating atmosphere for students' academic and personal growth. Both staff and students work together to enhance the community based spirit and teachers are encouraged to immerse themselves into both school life and extracurricular activities.

A British education is offered in a bilingual setting from Early Years to A Level to approximately 650 students comprising of 80% UAE / Middle East, 20% from western and Asian countries.

Requirements: Applicants must be qualified teachers holding degree level certification and teacher certification or equivalent. You should have at least 2 year of experience post qualification as a minimum (5 years for Head of Department). Previous UK curriculum experience is preferable, and international experience is welcomed. The school are looking for enthusiastic, flexible, self-starters who are committed to student development and are able to integrate into both the school and local environment.

Package: Salary is tax free and is quoted per month as AED9400-12232. Single furnished accommodation (sometimes shared depending on the situation) Reasonable utility bills are paid along with local medical insurance and tuition for one child. Annual flights and a AED1000 settling in allowance complete the employment package. Professional development is offered and encouraged for teaching staff.
