As the Product and Sales Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of their Household Essential department.You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the product range from supply, inventory and maximising sales/profitability through the catalogues and website sales.You will work alongside the designers to create monthly mailing campaignsTo shape, support and deliver the Online Product strategies, plans and campaigns.Your knowledge of products and supply will help to optimise sales in a very fast moving competitive industry.Manage supplier relationships for new and existing ranges.Report on product sales and recommend tactics to improve.Ensure onsite promotions are relevant to current campaigns.Competitor analysis
Proven sales and product management experience in FMCG - household essentials (kitchen, bathroom, gardening etc)Ability to create monthly campaignsExcellent communication and negotiating skillsSupply monthly analytical reports to managementWorking knowledge of supply routes in this field is essential.Cultivate both existing and new supply routesKnowledge of web sales is desirable.Competitive attitudeAble to work independently as well as part of a teamIT Savvy
