Allocate Software are currently seeking an ambitious and driven individual to work in their Product Management Team supporting the Director of Product Management. The Product Manager will be accountable for the global commercial success of their given product/service. They will also be responsible for leading the cross functional organisation aligned to the product or service and maximising the product's growth, market position and financial returns.

General Management:

* Productionise the quotation process to ensure on-going business as usual within the relevant business units.

* Financial management

* Review monthly P&L for the product (Revenue vs Plan)
* Monitor and manage product profitability (GM%)
* Initiate growth/cost control activities inc. recruitment (Headcount/capability vs plan and forecast)



Operational management:



* Monitor quality of delivery (KPIs to be agreed per product)
* Monthly report
* Assess success of a product vs the Critical Success Factors agreed as part of the product plan
* Customer satisfaction (Case studies; surveys; interviews)
* To adhere and embed product management requirement for standards, procedures and quality management.
* Work closely alongside existing and new Product Managers on a day-to-day basis, to mentor and offer professional support, sharing knowledge and experience.
* To contribute to the smooth running of the Product Management function.
