Production Team Leader

About the role
You will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of all operatives within the team whilst promoting and delivering continuous improvement.
Elements to the role include:Deliver the required loads and sites service within agreed costsMaintain vehicle-loading standards, identifying and reactingDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with all other site teamsManage time effectively with a recommended split approximately 20% office, 60% shop floor, 20% initiativesDeliver regular health and safety briefings and toolbox talksCommunicate loading requirements to all stakeholdersDirect, train and motivate the team to carry out their duties and to achieve specific and agreed targetsHold regular job reviews with team members to include training and development needs
