A Project Administrator is required to work closely with the Project Team to provide support on a Major Project in Central London

Experience of doing various project administration working within construction is essential to the role

Working hours are 08:30 - 17:00

This is a 4 month + temp position paying circa £10ph - £13ph PAYE / £14-17 LTD

Administrator Role and Responsibilities:



* Liaising with the site team and provide admin support to colleagues
* Create and maintain filing system and database
* Assist with word processing of documents, presentations and reports.
* Manage correspondence, reports and site documents
* Manage staff timesheets
* Process and check invoices
* Upload site documentation on to EDMS system
* Filing, printing and scanning of documents
* Ad hoc duties as job requires

Administrator Requirements:



* Previous site admin experience is required
* Must have worked on a construction site
* Organised and able to prioritise workload
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Confident user of computer and office equipment
