Project Co-ordinator/Administrator

Randstad CPE urgently requires an experienced Project Co-ordinator/Administrator to work with a well known, reputable client in the Rutherglen area.

Role/Duties

For this role you must have 1 year minimum experience within an administrative role and preferably have a Facilities Management or Construction background.

* Manage the full WIP from reviewing all works completed by engineers
* identifying chargeable and comprehensive works
* locating relevant back up and supporting the WIP Controller to present a chargeable works application to the client on a monthly basis.
* Cost & bill and post journal transfers

Skills/Qualifications

* Previous experience with Maximo is preferred but not essential
