An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Co-ordinator/ Administrator to join an engineering consultancy based in London. As a project Co-ordinator/ Administrator you'll be providing project related support within the engineering teams allowing the teams to focus on the engineering side. You'll be involved with all aspects of the engineering team's administration tasks and will play a key role in supporting and ensuring the smooth running of your teams.

Your role will be a varied one, with aspects of Project Co-ordination, Administration and other general administration duties. Some of your main responsibilities are as outlined below. Please note you must have experience working in a similar position within the industry prior to this role.


Project Coordination:

* Working closely with the CAD Team resolving issues with drawings and ensuring BIM protocol has been met
* Attend external meetings, events and carry out Desk Studies on projects by researching buildings and sites
* File and receive all drawings from projects and use Document Control systems to do so, such as; Dropbox, Aconex, 4Projects ect

Project Administration:

* Assist Partners and Associates preparing project fee schedules
* Monitor and update your teams invoicing schedules
* Collect and file completed project documentation
* Open new jobs and close completed ones

General Responsibilities:

* Assist with scanning, filing, printing and editing of documents and drawings
* Prepare letters, specifications, reports and presentations
* Provide administrative support to all teams
* Arrange and attend all meetings within the practice
* Discuss all upcoming workload with the Practice Manager and Project Co-ordinators

For this position we are considering Project Co-ordinators/ Administrators who are expecting a salary of circa £30,000. You must have prior experience in this role/ similar positions within a similar industry.
