Are you a Project Coordinator? Looking for a new role? Have basic level CAD skills?

Randstad are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator, to work on a perm basis, in Bridgewater for a tier 1 contractor. For this role you will be required to have basic CAD experience and it is desirable, but not necessary, to have previous experience with a rail contractor.

Responsibilities;



* To monitor, coordinate and track the RCDP Key Deliverables
* Pre-empting the submission of documentation and ensuring that tasks are scheduled accordingly
* Identification of key deadlines/priorities and coordinating tasks, Site Operatives, Managers to ensure timely completion and chasing any overdue work.



* Implementation and communication of processes and policies as directed by Network Rail to ensure timely compliance
* Organising and notifying changes to work plan dates and Identifying risks and delays to project deliverables
* Feeding all information through to the P6 programme plan. Updating and distributing the electronic and physical control boards detailing the monthly deliverables
* Coordinate the 'Front End' of projects including processing buried services requests, preparing F10 forms to notify HSE of on-site presence, ensuring appropriate site photographic records are submitted - track and initiate necessary corrective actions.
* Diary and meeting management to include scheduling, taking the minutes of meetings, creating and distributing papers/packs in preparation, and communication and monitor agreed actions - to include PDR and Pre-Start Meetings Process and submit weekly working advices for RCDP, Minor Works and Western Route
* Prepare, submit log and monitor all Design and Commercial submissions including all required Health and Safety paperwork. Track and collate Drawing Register and Paperwork Submission Sheets.
* Prepare and submit monthly KPIs
* Maintain the "insight" database of works data
* Working with the Manager producing As-Built Drawings to ensure timescales for packages of work are accurate and on-time
* Notifying of any issues with received data or process.
* Responsible for the transfer of Red line information from contractors mark ups to the correct CAD data on packages of work as designated Manager As-Built Drawings
* Ensuring that all the client's related procedures are adhered to during the transfer of Red line information to relevant CAD files.




* Raising issues where the CAD file does not match the Red line information, including but not limited to incorrect extractions
* Assist Delivery teams in 1st principals and initial programme production, in monitoring real time site costings and the flow of documentation.
* Monitor and prompt the timely submission of Weekly Reports and Weekly costings Reports from Site Managers, chasing where necessary, and liaise with Contacts Managers in the creation of draft and finalised Monthly Reports.
* Monitor and report on Toolbox Talks, Site Inspections, ALO Sheet Maintenance and Close Call reporting; chasing if not received, ensuring that paperwork is returned from site, that actions have been completed and highlighting any issues.
* Control the flow and timescales of paperwork
* Any other duties as may reasonably be required


Required experience;


* Proven administration experience - minimum 2 years
* Excellent PC skills
* Strong planning and organisation skills
* Self-motivated
* Professional manner
