Are you an expert in Thermal Management Simulation? Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? If the answer is yes, this role is for you!

As a Project Engineer you will be an expert in engine thermal and cooling simulations and will lead the designers in the development of the cooling jacket architecture, lubrication system and fuel system.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:



* Lead the designers in the development of the cooling jacket architecture, lubrication system and fuel system
* Support the engine system in the development of the cooling system of the current and new models
* Support the performance engineers in the fuel consumption analysis
* Lead the interaction with design and experiment to understand the requirements of the models
* Develop, implement and maintain numerical models
* Contribute and lead methodology

Qualifications and Experience:



* Master of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
* Experience within cooling system simulations
* Experience within engine heat exchange simulations
* Extensive experience gained within automotive and powertrain applications
* Coaching and mentoring subordinates
* Experience in 1D simulations
* Ability to maintain confidentially with sensitive company information
* Experience in engine lubrication system simulations (desirable)
* Experience in engine fuel system simulations (desirable)
