Job Description: Project Manager / Contracts Manager, Home based- South East, national travel as required.

My client are specialist consultants who provide bespoke energy saving solutions to clients within the leisure and hospitality sector. Operating nationally they required a South East based Project Manager to oversee build and refurbishment projects on facilities across the country. Ideally you will have demonstrable experience of managing commercial construction projects from the outset through to completion. Some knowledge of Building Services design is advantageous but not essential.

Key Requirements:



* Contracts Management: Design, Planning/Scheduling (before and during Construction Phase)
* Liaising with external bodies such as Building Control, Structural Engineers etc.
* Managing various Stakeholders, day to day management of multiple concurrent projects
* Handovers inc. creation of H&S files & O&M Manuals
* Construction Management- Managing sites remotely - H&S, programme, Stakeholders, Logistics, Customer care
* After-care Management
* Cost Management, issuing POs, Contracts, quotations and price variations
