Are you looking for a Lead Project Manager job for a main contractor specialising in commercial fit out?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a £3 Million CAT B office refurbishment in central London over 2 floors, including reception area and lift lobby.

This is a site based Number 1 position with on site team supporting you to manage the subcontractors and deliver the project. This will be an immediate start, the project runs until July 2019 and you will be reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.

Expected duties and responsibilities:

* Oversee, lead and manage site operations and the performance of subcontractors
* Ensure agreed timescales are met and to the highest standards of workmanship
* Ability to take full control and responsibility for delivery, health & safety, quality and environmental aspects
* Ensure that all work is carried out safely at all times
* Working closely with the client and professional teams and maintaining and developing the client relationship.


* Ideally experience of managing CAT A/B office fit out projects, values from £2 Million+
* SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card
* Fully experienced in delivering projects from point of sale to completion on site
* Fully conversant with specifications/drawings, Bills of Quantities, CDM regulations and all relevant Health & Safety legislation
* Confident with programming using Microsoft Projects/Asta
* Must be able to use own initiative and be self- motivated
* Interested in working on a freelance/temp to perm basis.
