An extremely busy M&E Contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding team in light of a number of recent successful, large tenders.

You will be an experienced, Mechanical or Electrical PM who will be based in or around the London area.

You will work across the Central London portfolio which includes:

* High spec residential
* Commercial
* Shell & Core

About the role As Project Manager you will be responsible for:

* Governing Subcontractor meetings

* Ensuring M&E installations are delivered to the clients specification.

* Developing external relationships

* Making sure site activities are carried out in a safe and responsible way. Remuneration package
