job description

We're are currently working with a private developer in the Northampton area who are undertaking a number of existing buildings and converting them into apartments.

There are around 3 projects all in the Northampton area, which will involve the conversion of a leisure facility, office block, industrial unit into luxury apartments with a combined value of between £3-5m.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record managing the construction of these projects with previous experience specifically in the area of apartment conversions.

The chosen individual will work for both the developer and the contractor (already chosen) who have a fantastic relationship and have done multiple projects in the past.

Experience required:

* A proven previous track record of managing an onsite team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

* Extensive knowledge of RC frame construction with various panel/brickwork facades.

* Previous experience of construction of high volume and high rise new builds from piling to fit-out.

* A proven track record of delivering previous projects from inception to completion and handover.

* Advanced knowledge of Asta programming.

* Ability to programme the development and undertake short term programming as required
