Vacancy: Project Manager
Location: Abingdon
Randstad are currently working with an excellent regional main contractor based in Berkshire, the contract has negotiated a £18 Million project on the outskirts of Oxford.
This client is looking to interview Project Manager with a start in August / September.
Company:
This main contractor operates 1 hour of reading , the typical value of work ranges from £5 Million to £25 Million in a range of sectors. They operate both framework agreements & negotiated contracts, these vary from traditional but mainly D&B.
Sectors covered:
Position:
As project manager you will be responsible for all aspects of a single project valued circa £20 Million, this will include involvement at tender stage, assisting with securing the project by attending all client meetings, programming the job & helping with subcontract allocations / selections, to final handover. On site you will have several managers reporting into you & you will be reporting directly to the construction director.
The ideal candidate would have worked either for a national or large regional main contractor, you would have a proven track record delivering projects in the bracket of £10 Million to £25 Million + within a range of sectors, you would ideally be located around Berkshire / Oxfordshire.
