To deliver projects on time, and to budget and quality, managing the customer and the team, in the spirit of my clients values and principles
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
To liaise with the customer, ensuring that:Their requirements are understood,Risks are identified and mitigated,Issues are promptly resolved, andCustomer satisfaction is enhanced.To control the entire project and ensure that all quality and project records are prepared and securely filedTo plan, allocate to staff, and monitor progress on all development, review, testing and corrective action activitiesTo supervise and manage project personnel effectively so that targets and deadlines are metTo ensure that the company quality procedures and standards are applied correctlyTo select and obtain appropriate resources, technologies and processes for the projectTo apply effective configuration management to documents and code files. To control customer supplied software, documents and hardware, and any items purchased for the project.To monitor project expenditure in terms of hours and costsTo regularly report the project status to the customer and the Head of DeliveryTo ensure that project deliverables are handed over in a controlled mannerTo identify problems and lessons learned and present this information at the end of project review meeting.
