Randstad CPE are delighted to be working with a major Main Contracting group to support their ongoing successes and project wins in North Ireland.

We have been tasked to identify and source a Project Manager to join the company, which is primarily focused on the following key sectors:



* Healthcare
* Education
* Private Rental / Student Accomodation
* Leisure
* Custodial

Project values are generally in the range of £5 - £20m

Leading the Site Management team, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the following key areas:



* Delivering Projects against Budgetary, Programme and Quality objectives
* Management of Site Management team from site set up and through execuation phase
* Chairing update meetings with Client, Subcontract and Consultancy stakeholders
* Drive company HSEQ initiatives and policies for entire Project
* Preparation and delivery of Project updates and presentations to company Directors
