Senior Project Management Opportunity (upto £100,000 PLUS package)

My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver CAT B fit out projects upto £5million andover.

The role:



* Produce a project programme and update as required
* Appoint and liaise with sub-contractors & consultants (M&E, structural, acoustic, lighting, AV) as appropriate
* Produce outline project budgets and construction budgets
* Main point of contact for the duration of the project
* Keep client up to date on project risks, challenges, timeline, budget, landlord issues, lease signing effects
* Tender documentation and analysis
* Ensure all contracts are complete prior to starting on site
* Chair and minute all site meetings

The candidate:



* Client facing
* Proven project management experience within office fit out / CAT B
* Experience of programming/sequencing
* Good commercial acumen
* Strong communication skills
