job description

Project Manager - £20m cut & carve refurbishment - up to £400

A project manager is needed to be number one on a complex £20m cut & carve refurbishment in the heart of London.

The current lead on the role has been promoted so they need someone who can jump straight in and get involved.

The project currently has the RC Frame going up, 4 of the 8 floors are done so you will need strong structural knowledge. You will be managing a team of 7 including a construction manager and his assistant, all of whom will be based on site.

You will be taking the project to CAT A stage so some fit out experience will also be required. This contractor is a specialist in cut & carve refurbishment and one of the large main contractors in London so they are looking for someone with experience at similar size companies.

This role has a minimum of 12 months remaining.
