Project Manager- Main Contractor

Are you a proven Project Manager that has delivered projects from cradle to grave that is looking for a new challenge?

My client, a growing Design and Build company is looking for a Project Manager to run a scheme valued around £9m which will include the demolition and construction of an RC Frame whilst retaining the façade to convert into Commercial offices.

The site, near Central London is easily accessible by public transport or private vehicle.


* A basic salary depending on experience
* Car allowance
* Private Pension

The individuals will be an integral part of the team to successfully deliver the project which has the potential to offer promotions and progression due to the pipeline of work.

Key Skills

* Inception to completion experience including demolition
* Retained façade experience
* RC Frame experience
* Strong leadership skills
* Relationship building skills both within the team
* Client facing
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
