Project Manager

Contract Type - Permanent

Location - Ebbsfleet

Salary - £60,000 - £65,000 + plus package

Client: An award winning Kent Based Residential Developer renowned for excellent staff retention. My client are one of the fastest growing companies in Kent and recruiting due to a number of new sites starting in early in 2019.

Position: Seeking a Project Manager to be based on a Residential Project in Ebbsfleet. You will be responsible for a Site Manager and an Assistant Site Manager - reporting to a Contracts Manager.

* Ensuring project is delivered safely through effective planning & use of method and risk assessments
* Main point of contact for Client, Sub-Contractors and Public.
* Managing completion and the handover to the client
* Ensure that the programme deadlines are achieved
* Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality
* Manage and maintain the project budgetary requirements
* Ensuring sufficient resources are in place; while maintaining budget for successful completion of the project.
* Providing regular progress updates to Directors


* Previous experience as a Site Manager / Project Manager working for a Main Contractor
* Project experience in Residential Projects is ideal.
* SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS is essential
* Highly Organised
* Good problem solvers
* Work well under pressure
